Vinyasa

  • All Levels Yoga: 

All levels of yoga will challenge you while offering intelligent, thoughtful modifications and guidance for beginners with the advanced practitioner still experiencing a strong, inspiring class.

  • Music Infused Vinyasa

AZIAM's Music Infused Vinyasa class incorporates upbeat, modern music. We utilize challenging and fluid standing sequences for the majority of class, followed by deeper stretching floor poses and a relaxing final rest and meditation. A great workout experience for all levels of practitioners.

  • Music Infused Power Vinyasa

Our Music Infused Power Vinyasa variation brings our MIV class to the next level, incorporating more core strengthening moves, hand balancing options and inversions.

  • Vinyasa Deep House 2/3

Kishan Shah's Vinyasa Flow class is deeply transformative, mentally and physically. He uses traditional breath work and Sutra based teachings combined with modern house music and sound healing. You will feel fully alive!

  • Heated Hip Hop Vinyasa

An intermediate level, strong vinyasa yoga class with sequenced postures rocked to the sounds of old school hip hop and R&B mixed with modern blends of G Eazy, Jay Z, Drake and friends. Definitely a sweaty, good time on your mat.

  • AM Sweat Vinyasa

Our first class of the weekday is a heated core based Vinyasa yoga at sunrise. Practicing first thing in the morning will change every aspect of your day. This dynamic style is ideal for those who enjoy a challenge and wish to gain strength, better alignment and flexibility.

  • Vinyasa 2/3

AZIAM's fluid, sweaty and challenging vinyasa flow class will leave you aligned, strengthened, deeply relaxed and present.

  • Soulful Vinyasa Flow

This class is a blend of Vinyasa Flow Yoga focused on alignment and strength while incorporation the body and mind to be present. Deeper floor stretching and an occasional Yin or restorative posture help you to drop into a deeper place of stillness in the latter part of class. You can expect to be challenged, accompanied by world beat and soulful music (and R&B!), positive inspiration to stay balanced and present.

  • Flow Yoga Hour

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with our resident DJ's spinning live Hip Hop and House music.

  • Flow & Roll

After 40 minutes of Vinyasa Flow we use Yoga Tune Up® balls to assist myofacsial release of tension within the body. The technique helps to eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga.

  • Flow & Slow

After 40 minutes of Vinyasa Flow we use bolsters, straps, and blocks to finish the remainder of class in restorative, restful poses for deeper stretching and relaxation.

  • Take A Hike Vinyasa

Start with a 45 minute hike at Mandeville Canyon followed by a 75 minute Music Infused Vinyasa Yoga session at AZIAM Yoga studio. Sign up in advance so that we can email you details by 6pm the day before!

  • ROGA: Run or Walk + Yoga

Let's get outside and take a 40-minute run (or walk) around the Brentwood Golf Club and back. Return to the studio for 60 minutes of Music Infused Vinyasa Yoga and you're set to relax for the rest of the day/weekend!

  • Detox Flow Yoga

Before class we offer a non-alcoholic detox herbal elixir. Our Detox Flow class incorporates powerfully detoxifying yogic breaths with specific postures, such as twists and inversions, to give your body the assist it needs to perform its naturally detoxifying functions. Class is a challenging Vinyasa flow intended to cleanse your mind + body from the inside out.

This fusion class is a seamless blend of Vinyasa Yoga with hand weights for greater cardiovascular and strength benefits.

  • Yoga Barre™ Sculpt

This fusion class is a seamless blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Sculpt. Mini resistance bands, glider discs and hand weights are used in class for the greatest toning benefits.

  • Yoga Sculpt Bootcamp

This fusion class is a seamless blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Sculpt. Mini resistance bands, glider discs and hand weights are used in class for the greatest toning benefits.

  • Core Vinyasa 2/3 + ABS

AZIAM brings a fierce blend of core fitness into one sweat-filled, invigorating and core-focused class. We often add glider discs and modern fitness techniques into our Vinyasa flow class and finish with a strong 10 minutes of ab work.

  • Pilates Core Vinyasa + ABS

In our Pilates Mat classes we do exercises that focus on the core, or "powerhouse," working to find precision and stabilization. A strong Pilates practice will lead to long lean muscles, conscious breath, spinal mobility and a natural grace of movement. This exercise system, designed by Joseph Pilates, is based on the belief that mental and physical health is inter-connected. Open to all levels.

Restorative

  • Restorative Yoga + Deep Stretch

Join us for a deeply restorative stretch meets yin class. You'll relax in seated and supine floor postures with longer holds using props help to release tension from the muscles and relax the mind. This restorative class is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and teach the body to be still. With the gentle support of props, students passively stretch and energize the deep connective tissues of the body, open the joints, and restore alignment. Also beneficial for those recovering from injury or trauma, enjoy the therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation. This class is open to all levels.

  • Heated Deep Stretch

Re-define comfort in your body as you increase your flexibility and mobility during our deep, athletic stretch session. Floor postures and longer holds using props help to release tension from the muscles and relax the mind.

  • Hypno Yin

Restorative yoga and deep-release stretching in conjunction with the expert guidance of a hypnotherapist.

Meditation

AZIAM's Hip Pop Yoga is a great class teaching kids ages 5-10 the foundations of yoga while having a blast doing it! We incorporate fun, modern dance with our program and always finish with a sound healing rest.

  • Mindful Mini™ Yogi's + Sound Bath

Give your children the gift of Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. Mindful Mini Yogi's is a yoga and meditation class for kids ages 5-10. We use basic yoga (hatha) and mindfulness techniques (walking, sitting, restorative) as well as healing music and closing sound bath.

Join our Kids Mindfulness and Yoga experts as they lead both Bigs and Littles (any relationship, level, or gender) through 45 minutes of fun and high-energy yoga together followed by a Mindful Meditation for all to enjoy while expanding meditation and awareness skills. Only $10 each.
