Megan Winberg

Megan views yoga as a transformational tool to help not only expand our bodies limitations but also open the heart and discover truth. She believes that her biggest asset as a teacher is her own devotion to her personal practice. This gives her an intimate understanding of how postures develop and how to help students move through their internal practice to come back home to themselves. Megan is an advanced ashtanga practitioner and uses the foundational components of the Asthanga practice in her classes. She enjoys teaching difficult postures but emphasizes breath, bandha, and gaze to achieve instead of force. Her classes our accessible to all levels providing challenge for both the seasoned practitioner and the beginner.

Blake

Blake Abramovitz

Blake employs vinyasa flow yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology, and the power of poetry to help galvanize healing and personal development. The space he creates is intended for sincere seekers who are tired of surface approaches and grandiose promises. This is an invitation into a deep, skills-based training, not a guarantee of overnight transformation. It's about patience and painstaking kindness. It's about the courage to feel. In dynamic motion or in reverent stillness, it's about turning toward tender, vulnerable dimensions of our humanity and learning to love them. Carl Jung put it this way: “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
